Then Moses called Bezalel and Oholiab and everyone in whose heart the Lord had put wisdom, everyone whose heart stirred him up, to come and make the work. — Exodus 36:2
When your heart is moved and you take action, something incredibly powerful happens. It doesn’t feel good until you say, “I want to feel this.” We need to move our hearts and be willing to do what God calls us to do.
How do we move our faith? When I pray, praise, preach, and repent, the words of God come out of my mouth, it is as if a fire is burning. At such times, my faith is strong, my hope is born, and my spirit is lifted up.
Being sluggish, inactive, and lazy is a prime target for the enemy to attack God’s people. A passive person waits for some outside force to move them to action. But we are moved by the Holy Spirit, not by any external force. The best way to overcome inactivity is not to wait for things to happen, but to start taking action.
You need to use the gifts God has given you and ignite the fire within you.
