A varet lumturia juaj nga ky fakt? N\u00ebse mendoni se nuk mund t\u00eb jeni t\u00eb lumtur, kur rrethanat tuaja nuk jan\u00eb t\u00eb mira, at\u00ebher\u00eb kurr\u00eb nuk do t\u00eb jeni t\u00eb lumtur.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>T\u00eb gjith\u00eb n\u00eb jet\u00eb, p\u00ebrjetojm\u00eb koh\u00eb kur ndihemi keq p\u00ebr arsye nga m\u00eb t\u00eb ndryshmet, por nuk mund t\u00eb lejojm\u00eb q\u00eb rrethanat ku ndodhemi, t\u00eb kontrollojn\u00eb emocionet tona. Satani k\u00ebrkon t\u00eb mbush\u00eb mendjen ton\u00eb me mendime negative dhe emocione q\u00eb na b\u00ebjn\u00eb t\u00eb ndihemi keq.<\/p>\n<p>Ai \u00ebsht\u00eb dekurajuesi dhe na zhyt posht\u00eb emocionalisht, frym\u00ebrisht, financiarisht dhe n\u00eb \u00e7do m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb mundet. Por Jezusi \u00ebsht\u00eb Inkurajuesi yn\u00eb dhe Ai erdhi t\u00eb na ngrej\u00eb lart. Ai erdhi t\u00eb na jap\u00eb drejt\u00ebsi, paqe dhe g\u00ebzim dhe t\u00eb gjitha ndjenjat q\u00eb na b\u00ebjn\u00eb t\u00eb ndihemi mir\u00eb!<\/p>\n<p>T\u00eb gjith\u00eb p\u00ebrjetojm\u00eb periudha acarimi dhe stresi p\u00ebr shpresa dhe \u00ebndrra t\u00eb pap\u00ebrmbushura. Kur gj\u00ebrat nuk shkojn\u00eb sipas planeve tona, \u00ebsht\u00eb normale q\u00eb t\u00eb ndjejm\u00eb zhg\u00ebnjim. Psalmi 30:5 na thot\u00eb: \u201c&#8230; T\u00eb qarat mund t\u00eb vazhdojn\u00eb nj\u00eb nat\u00eb, por n\u00eb m\u00ebngjes shp\u00ebrthen nj\u00eb britm\u00eb g\u00ebzimi.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Gj\u00ebrat mund t\u00eb na b\u00ebjn\u00eb t\u00eb ndihemi t\u00eb trishtuar p\u00ebrkoh\u00ebsisht, por nuk duhet t\u00eb q\u00ebndrojm\u00eb t\u00eb trishtuar, ashtu sikurse nuk mund t\u00eb q\u00ebndrojm\u00eb t\u00eb zem\u00ebruar p\u00ebr nj\u00eb koh\u00eb t\u00eb gjat\u00eb. N\u00ebse q\u00ebndrojm\u00eb k\u00ebshtu, Satani p\u00ebrfiton nga kjo der\u00eb e hapur dhe i fut gj\u00ebrat e tij m\u00eb shum\u00eb n\u00eb jet\u00ebn ton\u00eb, duke sjell\u00eb k\u00ebshtu edhe m\u00eb shum\u00eb probleme.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Mos u besoni ndjenjave dhe mendimeve tuaja<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Armiku yn\u00eb num\u00ebr nj\u00eb, jan\u00eb emocionet. Ne kemi tendenc\u00ebn t\u00eb drejtohemi nga m\u00ebnyra se si ndihemi, por duhet t\u00eb kuptojm\u00eb se ndjenjat jan\u00eb nj\u00eb shk\u00ebndij\u00eb; ato mund t\u00eb ndryshojn\u00eb nga dita n\u00eb dit\u00eb. Kisha m\u00ebngjese kur ngrihesha me at\u00eb z\u00ebrin brenda mendjes sime q\u00eb m\u00eb thosjhte: \u201cNdihem e depresionuar.\u201d Besoja se ky ishte mendimi im, pa e kuptuar se ishte Satani q\u00eb m\u00eb b\u00ebnte sygjerime, p\u00ebrmes mendjes sime. M\u00eb von\u00eb, kur Per\u00ebndia m\u00eb t\u00ebrhoqi t\u00eb ecja m\u00eb pran\u00eb Tij dhe un\u00eb fillova ta studioja seriozisht Fjal\u00ebn e Tij, m\u00ebsova se nuk kisha p\u00ebrse t\u00eb ndiqja \u00e7do mendim dhe \u00e7do ndjenj\u00eb q\u00eb kisha. Por gjithashtu, m\u00ebsova se nuk mund t\u00eb jesh edhe i dekurajuar, por edhe t\u00eb kesh shpres\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn koh\u00eb. Ne gjithmon\u00eb do t\u00eb kemi ndjenja; ato kurr\u00eb nuk do t\u00eb largohen, por ne mund t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb q\u00eb ato t\u00eb jen\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me vendimet tona. Prandaj Per\u00ebndia na jep frytin e vet\u00ebkontrollit. Jakobi 4:7 na thot\u00eb ta kund\u00ebrshtojm\u00eb djallin dhe gjithashtu, duhet ta kund\u00ebrshtojm\u00eb edhe depresionin dhe \u00e7o gj\u00eb q\u00eb ngjan me t\u00eb, sepse ai \u00ebsht\u00eb nga djalli. Filipian\u00ebve 4:4 thot\u00eb: \u00a0\u201cG\u00ebzohuni gjithnj\u00eb n\u00eb Zotin; po jua them p\u00ebrs\u00ebri: G\u00ebzohuni!\u201d\u00a0N\u00ebse q\u00ebndrojm\u00eb t\u00eb mbushur me gj\u00ebn\u00eb e drejt\u00eb, nuk do t\u00eb ket\u00eb vend p\u00ebr gj\u00ebrat e gabuara.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00ebse nuk lejoni q\u00eb djalli t\u2019ju b\u00ebj\u00eb p\u00ebrshtypje me at\u00eb q\u00eb b\u00ebn, at\u00ebher\u00eb ai nuk do t\u2019ju shtyp\u00eb dot; dhe n\u00ebse nuk ju shtyp dot, at\u00ebher\u00eb as nuk mund t\u2019ju depresionoj\u00eb. Ne mund t\u00eb zgjedhim t\u00eb mbajm\u00eb nj\u00eb q\u00ebndrim shpresues, duke rip\u00ebrt\u00ebrir\u00eb mendjen ton\u00eb me premtimet q\u00eb gjenden n\u00eb Fjal\u00ebn e Per\u00ebndis\u00eb. Mund t\u00eb shpallim premtimet si t\u00eb jen\u00eb tonat dhe t\u00eb q\u00ebndrojm\u00eb n\u00eb besim, duke besuar se Per\u00ebndia do t\u00eb na ndihmoj\u00eb t\u2019i mposhtim ndjenjat dhe t\u00eb ecim p\u00ebrpara drejt gj\u00ebrave m\u00eb t\u00eb mira.<\/p>\n<p>Ne nuk mund t\u00eb kontrollojm\u00eb rrethanat ku ndodhemi, por nuk ka p\u00ebrse t\u00eb lejojm\u00eb q\u00eb ajo q\u00eb ndodh sot, t\u00eb prish\u00eb t\u00eb nes\u00ebrmen. Duhet t\u00eb p\u00ebrballemi me t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebn dhe t\u00eb marrim p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsin\u00eb p\u00ebr veprimet tona. Kur e b\u00ebjm\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb dhe i k\u00ebrkojm\u00eb Per\u00ebndis\u00eb t\u00eb na ndihmoj\u00eb, fryma e r\u00ebnd\u00eb do t\u00eb na largohet dhe do t\u00eb ndihemi t\u00eb leht\u00ebsuar e t\u00eb \u00e7liruar. Jezusi na thot\u00eb tek Mateu 11:30: \u201c&#8230; zgjedha ime \u00ebsht\u00eb e \u00ebmb\u00ebl dhe barra ime \u00ebsht\u00eb e leht\u00eb.\u201d Depresioni nuk e ndryshon situat\u00ebn dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb humbje kohe e vjedh\u00ebs i g\u00ebzimit.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebshtu, nuk duhet t\u00eb lejojm\u00eb m\u00eb q\u00eb ndjenjat, mendja, trupi dhe p\u00ebrvojat e s\u00eb kaluar\u00ebs t\u00eb na sundojn\u00eb, por t\u00eb lejojm\u00eb Per\u00ebndin\u00eb t\u00eb na jap\u00eb nj\u00eb plan, ide dhe nj\u00eb synim t\u00eb ri. Jezusi nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb vet\u00ebm Udha, por Ai \u00ebsht\u00eb gjithashtu edhe Rrug\u00ebzgjidhja!
